Winph14 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register," logging into your Winph14 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify Winph14 immediately via support@winph14.best if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Do not allow third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Winph14 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). All transactions are handled through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment channels. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Winph14 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

• Funds deposited into your Winph14 account must be your own money. Using funds sourced from illegal activities is prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• Winph14 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Processing times: e-wallets (GCash, Maya) — within 15 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfers — 1 to 3 banking days.
• Winph14 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Winph14 operates all games using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. You may close your Winph14 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all identity verification and withdrawal conditions have been met.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Winph14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
